1. Gently immerse hand or foot into paraffin spa five times to form a thick paraffin glove. 2. Slip hand or foot into plastic protector to retain heat. 3. Insert hand or foot with plastic protector into an insulating mitt for maximum heat retention. 4. Remove paraffin and plastic protector simultaneously leaving paraffin wax inside bag for disposal 5. Plastic protectors and insulating mitts not included.
